Warranty & Return Policy

In Juste Amour, we provide a 30 Days Return Service.

Although we are confidence for our High Quality pieces of Jewellery, but just in case if you would like to Return and Refund, we are Welcome and Happy to Help.

 

Reminder

  • A Return Item MUST be returning within 30 Days of the Shipping Date
  • Returning Item MUST be in NEW or UNUSED Condition
  • (Meaning that the piece will not have Scatches, Marks or Damage, also no Alteration or Resizing of the Item)
  • Returning Shipment MUST come with the Original Package and Material Included.
  • Shipping MUST ship back with Tracking Number and Fully Insured.
  • (Because if there were no Tracking and Insured and the Parcel got Lost / Damaged, Refund process can not be done.)

Return Process

  1. Please Email us for a notice of the Return Item.
  2. Please wait for your reply for Shipping Instruction. (Email will reply within 3 days)(Customer is respond for the Shipping Fee for Return Items)
  1. Please provide us the Tracking Number
  2. Once we receive the item, we will inspect the item
  3. After confirming item is in Good Condition, we will Refund the Payment
  4. (If Items was found in Scratch, Marks, Damaged or Alteration Resizing, refund process will be Cancel and we will return the items to you (Shipping Fee in your expense)

If Receive Broken Items or Wrong Order. Please follow Instruction Below:

  1. Please email and send us a Photo of the Jewellery with the Original Package.
  2. Please wait for your reply for Shipping Instruction. (Email will reply within 3 days. We will COVER the Shipping Fee)
  1. Please provide us the Tracking Number
  2. You will have 2 Options.
  3. Arrange a Fully Refund
  4. We will arrange and make a new piece for you asap and send it to you. (We will respond for the Shipping Fee)

Non Return Items

  • Items had been Abused, Modified or Worn.
  • Purchased outside of our 30 Days Return Period.
  • Special Order made to Customer Specification.

Refund on purchases made with a Credit Card / Paypal Account will only be credited to the same Card / Paypal Account.

Refunds will be applied to any Unpaid Balance First.
